Web Guide Controller MWG10.1

Re USA Web Guide Controller MWG10.1

The MWG10.1 web guide controller is used in web processing machines to receive signals from sensors to direct actuators in order to keep the web material in alignment. The controller integrates both control logic and stepper motor drivers into a compact case, providing a powerful yet space-saving solution for precise web guiding system control.

The system features a 2.8″ color LCD graphic display with an intuitive user interface that simplifies calibration and system management. The simple control buttons are clear and easy to use.

With analog inputs compatible with Re analog sensor outputs, the MWG10.1 web guide controller ensures smooth and reliable communication among the web guiding system components.

One of the standout features of MWG10.1 is its CAN communication system, enabling effective interfacing with remote keyboards and motorized sensor holders. The optional remote keyboard allows easy system control, even on big machines or in situations where the web guide is not easily accessible.

The MWG10.1 web guide control unit can communicate with motorized sensor holders. Using two sensors, it can precisely measure the web material width.

In a web guiding system, the MWG10.1 control unit receives signals from any type of Re sensor (ultrasonic, infrared, optical), processes them, and compares them to a pre-set value. It then sends a correction input to actuators (such as linear actuators, pivoting frames, or steering rollers) to ensure precise, stable, and consistent web material positioning.
