Load Cell Signal Amplifier "Lynx"

Re USA Load Cell Signal Amplifier "Lynx"

Lynx is a microprocessor-driven digital signal amplifier for load cells. It receives small electrical signals from load cells, amplifies them, and delivers the amplified signal to the tension controller. In web tension control systems, it is essential that the signal from the load cells reaches the  tension controller accurately and reliably.

Compact and user-friendly, Lynx sets a new benchmark in signal amplification by reducing processing times through its advanced hardware and software architecture. Lynx is available in single channel  or dual channel (Lynx-DS) versions. The dual channel model supports up to eight load cells per channel, ensuring seamless integration with a wide range of industrial configurations.

The Lynx amplifier has an intuitive interface with four buttons for calibration and programming, along with a large 4-digit display that shows the selected function or tension value. Lynx is capable of handling two load cell stations simultaneously.

Integration into existing systems is very easy with Lynx. The DS-L version even offers advanced fieldbus connectivity options (ProfiNET, and EtherCAT). The amplifier can communicate easily with PLCs or PCs, enabling comprehensive, real-time monitoring of tension data. For even more versatility, Lynx is able to accommodate both voltage (mV) and current (mA) inputs.

Whether you’re looking to optimize web tension control in printing presses, slitter machines, or other industrial equipment, the Lynx amplifier for load cells offers a reliable, high-performing solution.
