The T-One web tension controller is used either with load cells or with a dancing roller to control the web tension in unwinding, rewinding and processing tension zones. Its P.I.D. algorithm  calculates the measured error and modifies the brake or clutch control output to keep the web tension stabilized at the set point value. The T-One delivers precise and reliable web tension control in both closed-loop and open-loop systems.

The T-One controller delivers rapid and accurate control that minimizes web tension fluctuations and boosts operational stability. Its user-friendly interface supports quick setup and real-time monitoring.

T-One ULS for for tension regulation in torque with diametral sensors in open-loop systems.
T-One FPM for torque control with load cells or dancer rollers along with roll diameter sensor (taper tension) input. 

The T-One is usually used in a web tension control system, receiving signals from load cells or dancer rollers then managing the torque of pneumatic brakes or electromagnetic powder brakes, motors, or nip roller drives.
