Pyxis is a micro-processor controlled analog signal amplifier for load cells. It receives mV or mA (selectable) signals from load cells then delivers amplified useful signals to the tension controller to control the web tension. It has a compact design and is very easy to use. Its HW/SW configuration cuts signal processing times and allows up to four load cells to be connected.

Pyxis has just 3 push-buttons for calibration and programming, and a 3-digit display which always shows the function selected or the tensioning value
