Core shaft adapters are the most economical solution to adjust an existing shaft to a larger core diameter. These adapter chucks slide over an existing core shaft and lock in place with simple clamping collars. Mounting and dismounting takes just a few seconds. Instead of having to purchase a new expanding shaft for every core diameter, these adapters can accomplish the same goal at a much more economical price.

Strip-style adapters can be made in virtually any size according to customer requirements, starting from 3” diameter. Standard diameters are 3”, 6” and 12”.

Bladder-style pneumatic adapters (bladder chucks) are available in standard sizes, 3” and 6”.

Commonly used in pairs, these adapters can be connected with an air hose, which allows both chucks to be activated simultaneously from one air source.
