Bridge Web Guide for Corrugators - "ReCorr"

ReCorr Corrugator Bridge Web Guide

The ReCorr bridge web guide for corrugators is designed for installation at the exit of the bridge in corrugated cardboard production lines, to reduce material waste caused by inaccurate alignment of the layers.

The bridge guide system uses our proprietary Python sensor to ensure precise center guiding. It enables accurate monitoring of the liner position and prevents web breaks caused by impact with side guides. The system is also helpful in preventing tearing of the paper during format changes.

By keeping the layers aligned, the ReCorr web guide system minimizes edge trim waste and saves money.

The motorized steering unit is equipped with guiding wheels that don’t damage the material. The control box features an electro-valve and pneumatic system, integrated with the MWG10 control unit for easy calibration and system management. The Python infrared sensor offers exceptional accuracy, even during format changes, with a wide material width range. It does not require repositioning because it can read the full material width.

The ReCorr web guide system for corrugators is a plug-and-play system that can be easily and quickly installed on the production line. It can be provided for single layer control or in a primary/secondary configuration, allowing precise management a second layer.
