The T-two has an advanced P.I.D. algorithm which ensures rapid and accurate stabilization, even in complex production applications. It features a simple interface with three programming keys and a 3-digit, 7-segment display.

The standard T-Two controller regulates tension by modulating brake torque based on signals from load cells or a dancer roller. For splicing applications, the special T-Two “LB” version offers dynamic tension control and standby torque for the inactive roll. This functionality supports a seamless roll changeover and enhanced production efficiency.
